A motion was made by Council Member Mohler, seconded by Council Member Knight to Adopt the Agenda. The motion carried by the following roll call vote:

The Town Council interviewed the following applicants:

Yountville Community Foundation – Pamela Ziedell, Scott Owens, and Majel Arnold.

Yountville Arts Commission – PJ Hudson, Noel Resnick, Ronda Schaer, and Robin McKee­Cant.
