Mayor Mohler called the meeting to order at approximately 1:00 p.m.

7. CONSENT CALENDAR
A. Adopt Resolution 224167 Authorizing Continued Remote Teleconference Meetings of the Town Council and All Town Boards, Commissions, and Committees Pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(e).
B. Adopt Resolution 224168 Approving Professional Services Contract with Caltest Analytical for Laboratory Testing Services for Fiscal Years 2022/23 in a not to exceed the amount of $75,000.
C. Adopt Resolution Number 224169 Authorizing the Procurement of Two AllElectric GEM Vehicles Via the Town's Cooperative Purchasing Ordinance in the Amount of $55,000 with Capital Fund 50 Identified in the Current Capital Improvement Plan (Project CP0028) and Authorizing the Town Manager to Execute the Contract up to that Amount.
A motion was made by Vice Mayor Knight, seconded by Council Member McKeeCant to approve the Consent Calendar items. The motion carried by the following vote:
