Present: 4 Mayor Margie Mohler, Council Member Hillery Trippe, Council Member Robin McKee­Cant, Council Member Pam Reeves

Absent: 1 Vice Mayor Eric Knight

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The pledge of allegiance was held.

4. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Council Member McKee­Cant, seconded by Council Member Reeves to Adopt the Agenda. The motion carried by the following vote:

AYES: 4; Mayor Mohler, Council Member Trippe, Council Member McKee­Cant, Council Member Reeves
NOES: 0
ABSTAIN: 0

5. PUBLIC COMMENT ON MATTERS NOT LISTED ON THE AGENDA

6. INTRODUCTION ­ STEVE ROGERS
Steve Rogers, Town Manager, introduced the topics for the orientation.

7. PUBLIC WORKS ORIENTATION & TOUR
John Ferons, Public Works Director, and Rosalba Ramirez, Deputy Public Works Director, provided the orientation.

8. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Mohler adjourned the meeting.
