Mayor Mohler called the meeting to order at approximately 3:45 p.m.

Present: 5 Mayor Margie Mohler, Vice Mayor Eric Knight, Council Member Hillery Trippe, Council Member Robin McKee­Cant, Council Member Pam Reeves

Absent: None

3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Vice Mayor Knight, seconded by Council Member McKee­Cant to Adopt the Agenda. The motion carried by the following vote:

AYES: 5; Mayor Mohler, Vice Mayor Knight, Council Member Trippe, Council Member McKee­Cant, Council Member Reeves
NOES: 0
ABSTAIN: 0

4. PUBLIC COMMENT ON MATTERS NOT LISTED ON THE AGENDA
None.

5. CONSENT CALENDAR
A. Adopt Resolution 23­4175 Authorizing Continued Remote Teleconference Meetings of the Town Council and All Town Boards, Commissions, and Committees Pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(e).

A motion was made by Vice Mayor Knight, seconded by Council Member Trippe to approve the Consent Calendar items. The motion carried by the following vote:

AYES: 5; Mayor Mohler, Vice Mayor Knight, Council Member Trippe, Council Member McKee­Cant, Council Member Reeves
NOES: 0
ABSTAIN: 0

6. APPLICANT INTERVIEWS
A. Applicant Interviews for Parks & Recreation Advisory Commission and Measure S Workforce and Affordable Housing Oversight Committee.

The Town Council interviewed the following aplicants:

Parks & Recreation Advisory Commission – Vincent Courtney, David Damico, and Loreen Ruegg.

Applicant Vittoria Boscarino was unable to participate in the interviews due to a personal matter.

Affordable and Workforce Housing Oversight Committee – Sandra Fagan.

7. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Mohler adjourned the meeting to the January 31, 2023 Special Meeting being held in Town Council Chambers at 2:00 p.m.
