Mayor Mohler called the meeting to order at approximately 2:00 p.m.

Present: 5 Mayor Margie Mohler, Vice Mayor Eric Knight, Council Member Hillery Trippe, Council Member Robin McKee­Cant, Council Member Pam Reeves

Absent: None

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The pledge of allegiance was held.

4. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Vice Mayor Knight, seconded by Council Member Trippe to Adopt the Agenda.

The motion carried by the following vote:

AYES: 5; Mayor Mohler, Vice Mayor Knight, Council Member Trippe, Council Member McKee­Cant, Council Member Reeves

5. PUBLIC COMMENT ON MATTERS NOT LISTED ON THE AGENDA

6. FINANCE DEPARTMENT ORIENTATION
Celia King, Finance Director, introduced the orientation. This orientation will be continued at the next Town Council Special Meeting on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.

7. ADMINISTRATION ORIENTATION
Julie Baldia, Deputy Director for HR & IT, provided the HR orientation.

Jason Bernard, Information Technology Systems Administrator, provided the IT Orientation.

8. TOWN ATTORNEY OFFICE ORIENTATION
Gary Bell, Town Attorney, provided the orientation.

9. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Mohler adjourned the meeting.
