Mayor Mohler called the meeting to order at approximately 2:00 p.m.

Present: 4 Mayor Margie Mohler, Vice Mayor Eric Knight, Council Member Robin McKee­Cant, Council Member Pam Reeves

Absent: 1 Council Member Hillery Trippe

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The pledge of allegiance was held.

4. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Vice Mayor Knight, seconded by Council Member Reeves to Adopt the Agenda.

The motion carried by the following roll call vote:

Celia King, Finance Director, provided the orientation.

Irene Borba, Planning & Building Director, Ken MacNab, Interim Planning & Building Director, and Kyle Johnson, Assistant Planner, provided the orientation.

A motion was made by Mayor Mohler, seconded by Council Member McKee­Cant to Adjourn the meeting The motion carried by the following roll call vote:
