Mayor Mohler called the meeting to order at approximately 9:00 a.m.

Present: 5 Mayor Margie Mohler, Vice Mayor Eric Knight, Council Member Hillery Trippe, Council Member Robin McKee­Cant, Council Member Pam Reeves

Absent: None

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The pledge of allegiance was held.

4. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Vice Mayor Knight, seconded by Council Member Trippe to Adopt the Agenda.

The motion by the following roll call vote:

AYES: 5; Mayor Mohler, Vice Mayor Knight, Council Member Trippe, Council Member McKee­Cant, Council Member Reeves

5. TEAM BUILDING AND STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP
Erica Manuel, CEO and Executive Director, and Melissa Kuehne, Senior Program Manager, provided the workshop.

6. PUBLIC COMMENT ON MATTERS NOT LISTED ON THE AGENDA
None.

7. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Council Member McKee­Cant, seconded by Vice Mayor Knight to Adjourn the meeting. The motion by the following vote:
