Mayor Mohler called the meeting to order at approximately 2:00 p.m.

4. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference With Real Property Negotiator (Gov. Code, § 54956.8.) Property Address: 6554 Yount Street, Yountville, CA 94599 Town Negotiator: Brad Raulston, Town Manager
Negotiating Party: Napa Valley Unified School District
Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Payment
The Town Council returned from closed session and Mayor Mohler announced that there was no reportable action. Mayor Mohler adjourned the meeting.

5. ADJOURNMENT
Adjourned to the Town Council Regular Meeting being held Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. in Town Council Chambers located at 6550 Yount Street.
