1. CALL TO ORDER; CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING ­ 4:00 P.M.

Mayor Mohler called the meeting to order at approximately 4:00 p.m. 2ROLLCALL

Mayor Mohler called the meeting to order at approximately 4:00 p.m.

2. ROLL CALL

Present: 5 Mayor Margie Mohler, Vice Mayor Eric Knight, Council Member Hillery Trippe, Council Member Robin McKee­Cant, Council Member Pam Reeves

Absent: None

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was held.

4. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Council Member Reeves, seconded by Council Member McKee­Cant to Adopt the Agenda. The motion carried by the following vote:

AYES: 5; Mayor Mohler, Vice Mayor Knight, Council Member Trippe, Council Member McKee­Cant, Council Member Reeves
NOES: 0
ABSTAIN: 0

5. NON­AGENDA PUBLIC COMMENT
None.

6. APPLICANT INTERVIEWS
A. Applicant interviews for Zoning & Design Review Board The Town Council interviewed the following individuals:

Mike Bertolucci
Aimee Cavenecia
Kenneth Deposki
Michael Borck
The fourth applicant, Michael Borck, was unable to attend the in­person interview process.

However, applicant Borck submitted written answers to the same interview questions the Council asked to the candidates for consideration.

7. ADMINISTRATIVE / REGULAR ITEMS
A. Consider Appointment of one (1) individual to serve on the Zoning & Design Review Board with the terms of office to commence immediately and to expire on July 19, 2025.

Eddy Gomez, Town Clerk, provided the staff report.

Public Comment – None
Town Council discussed and took the following action:

A motion was made by Mayor Mohler, seconded by Council Member McKee­Cant to Appoint applicant Kenneth Deposki to the Zoning & Design Review Board.

A substitute motion was made by Council Member Reeves, seconded by Vice Mayor Knight to AppointapplicantMichaelBorcktotheZoning&DesignReviewBoard Town Council discussed and took the following action:

A motion was made by Mayor Mohler, seconded by Council Member McKee­Cant to Appoint applicant Kenneth Deposki to the Zoning & Design Review Board.

A substitute motion was made by Council Member Reeves, seconded by Vice Mayor Knight to Appoint applicant Michael Borck , to the Zoning & Design Review Board.

After deliberation, Council Member Reeves rescinded her substitute motion.

A motion was made by Mayor Mohler, seconded by Council Member McKee­Cant to Appoint Kenneth Deposki to the Zoning & Design Review Board. The motion carried by the following vote:

AYES: 5; Mayor Mohler, Vice Mayor Knight, Council Member Trippe, Council Member McKee­Cant, Council Member Reeves
NOES: 0
ABSTAIN: 0

8. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Mayor Mohler, seconded by Vice Mayor Knight to Adjourn the meeting The motion carried by the following roll call vote:

AYES: 5; Mayor Mohler, Vice Mayor Knight, Council Member Trippe, Council Member McKee­Cant, Council Member Reeves
NOES: 0
ABSTAIN: 0
