1. CALL TO ORDER; CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Mohler called the meeting to order at approximately 1:00 p.m. 2ROLLCALL

Mayor Mohler called the meeting to order at approximately 1:00 p.m.

Present: 5 Mayor Margie Mohler, Vice Mayor Eric Knight, Council Member Hillery Trippe, Council Member Robin McKee­Cant, Council Member Pam Reeves

Absent: None

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The pledge of allegiance was held.

4. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Council Member Reeves, seconded by Vice Mayor Knight to Adopt the Agenda.

The motion carried by the following vote:

5. NON­AGENDA PUBLIC COMMENT

6. CLIMATE, HEALTH & SAFETY STUDY SESSION
Brad Raulston, Town Manager, introduced Jean Bonander, facilitator for the study session.

Brad Raulston introduced and led the discussion for the study session purpose and goals on the following topics:

Climate
Health
Safety.

The following presenters provided information on the subjects proposed for the study session: Kelly Bond, Public Policy Advocate for Blue Zones Project, Christy Pestoni, Director of Governent Affairs for Waste Connections, Lexi Mangola, Community Outreach Coordinator for Upper Valley Waste Disposal, Michael Van Gorder, Associate Government Analyst for PG&E, Michael Millat, Yountville Sergeant for Napa County Sheriff’s Office, and Mike Marcucci, Fire Chief for Napa County CalFire Yountville Fire Station.

The following individuals provided public comment and questions on the topics presented: Penny Proto, Michael Borck, Kim Cook, Mark Van Gorder, Myrna David, Jim MacDonald, and Alan Tenscher,

7. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Council Member McKee­Cant, seconded by Council Member Trippe to Adjourn the meeting. The motion carried by the following vote:
