1. CALL TO ORDER; CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING ­ 12:00 P.M.

Mayor Mohler called the meeting to order at approximately 12:00 p.m.

2. ROLL CALL

Present: 5 Mayor Margie Mohler, Vice Mayor Eric Knight, Council Member Hillery Trippe, Council Member Robin McKee­Cant, Council Member Pam Reeves

Absent: None

3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Vice Mayor Knight, seconded by Council Member McKee­Cant to Adopt the Council Member Pam Reeves

5. CLOSED SESSION

Following the adjournment of the regular meeting, the Town Council continued the special meeting that began at noon in accordance with its continuance at approximately 1:00 p.m. The Town Council returned from closed session at 5:52 p.m. and Mayor Mohler announced that there was no reportable action. The Mayor then adjourned the meeting without vote and by unanimous consent at 5:53 p.m.

6. ADJOURNMENT
Adjourned to the Town Council Regular Meeting on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. being held in Town Council Chambers located at 6550 Yount Street.
