A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YOUNTVILLE
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE MT-3024 MEASURE T STREET REHABILITATION ON HERITAGE
WAY PROJECT PERFORMED BY J D PASQUETTI FOR A TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF 238,453.00.

Recitals
A. At the July 18,2023 Town Council meeting, Council awarded the MT – 3024 Measure T Rehabilitation on Heritage Way to J D Pasquetti, LLC of Lincoln, CA at the bid price of $238,531.50.
B. This project consisted of the rehabilitation of Heritage Way from the court to Finnell Rd.
The work limits were street surface from the lip of gutter to lip of gutter, with no work occurred on the concrete curbs.
C. Construction of the project commenced in September 15, 2023 and is now complete. There was 1 change order for this project. The total project cost is $238,453.00.
D. All of the work has been completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department. By this resolution, the Town Council authorizes the Director of Public Works to execute the Notice of Completion and directs the Town Clerk to file said Notice of Completion with the Napa County Clerk Recorder and accepts the work for the MT-3024 Measure T Street Rehabilitation on Heritage Way.
Now therefore, the Town Council of the Town of Yountville does resolve as follows:
1. The Council hereby accepts the work performed by J D Pasquetti.
2. The Town Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion for said project with the Napa County Clerk Recorder within 10 days and accepts the work for the MT-3024 Measure T Street Rehabilitation on Heritage Way.
3. The Resolution is hereby adopted and becomes effective and in full force immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Yountville, State of California, held on this 7th day of November 2023 by the following vote:
