RECOMMENDATION
Presentation by Shayne Kavanagh of the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) regarding the Town of Yountville Risk-Based Analysis of General Fund Reserves.
DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND
The intent of the Risk-Based Reserve Analysis is to provide information that will assist the Town Council in future decisions about what level of reserves is appropriate for the Town.
Mr. Kavanagh and staff will answer questions of the report and presentation, and hope to gain feedback from the Town Council that will help craft any proposed revisions to current reserve policies.
The Risk-Based Analysis report is included as an attachment to this staff report.
