Item 11.A
RE AT&T land lines: AT&T should be required to replace their early 20th century technology - copper phone lines - with fiber optic cables that can provide an excellent alternative to Comcast for phone and data services. Fiber optic lines tend to be more resilient during storms and do not have the outages that we experience with Comcast's lines which are 1970's cable TV technology - also copper. Until AT&T can install fiber optic lines, they should be required to maintain their copper infrastructure.
Fiber optic lines are the future and we need to embrace the future especially when it comes to communications and data transmission.
