3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Council Member Reeves, seconded by Council Member Trippe to Adopt the Agenda. The motion carried by the following vote:

5. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Legal Counsel; Anticipated Litigation (Gov Code § 54956.9 subd. (d)(2).) A point has been reached where, in the opinion of the Town Council on the advice of its legal counsel, based on the below­described existing facts and circumstances, there is a significant exposure to litigation against the Town:

Facts and circumstances that might result in litigation, but which the Town believes are not yet known to potential plaintiff or plaintiffs. (Gov. Code § 54956.9, subd. (e)(1).) Number of Potential Cases: 1
The Town Council returned from closed session and Mayor Mohler announced that there was no reportable action. Mayor Mohler adjourned the meeting.

6. ADJOURNMENT
Adjourn to the Town Council Regular Meeting Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 3:00 PM being held in Town Council Chambers located at 6550 Yount Street..
