Town of Yountville
Resolution Number 24-4264
Adopt Resolution Number 24-4264 Creating Capital Improvement Project Tallent Lane Private Road Benefit District Final Roadway Improvements project number ST-0036.

Recitals
A. At the June 6, 1989, Town Council meeting, Council approved Resolution 769 establishing the Tallent Lane Private Road Benefit District.

B. The development fee per new home or lot of $2,270 and was a reasonable and necessary charge to insure the ultimate construction of the roadway improvements; C. Due to lack of development on Tallent Lane, only $18,330 of fees have been collected to date. To construct the road as conceived would cost +/- $180,000 or a factor of 10 more than the fees collected.

D. Given the lack of future development proposed on Tallent Lane, staff will expend the fund balance for the intent conceived and terminate the benefit district fee.

G. This project is categorically exempt under Section 15302(c) Categorically Exempt per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guideline; Class 2, Replacement or Reconstruction.

Now therefore, the Town Council of the Town of Yountville does resolve as follows:

1. Adopt Resolution Capital Improvement Project Tallent Lane Private Road Benefit District Final Roadway Improvements project number ST-0036.

3. The Resolution is hereby adopted and becomes effective and in full force immediately upon adoption.
