A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YOUNTVILLE APPROVING BUDGET ADJUSTEMENTS IN FISCAL YEAR 2023/2024 TO TALLENT LATE PRIVATE ROAD BENEFIT DISTRICT FUND 95 FOR NEW CAPITAL PROJECT ST-0036 ($18,796), AND TO MESA COURT DRAINAGE BENEFIT DISTRICT FUND 96 FOR NEW CAPITAL PROJECT DF-0020 ($52,295) .
Recitals
A. WHEREAS, at the May 21, 2024 Town Council meeting, the Town Council approved the creation of Capital Projects ST-0036 for Tallent Lane Private Road Benefit District Final Roadway Improvements (Resolution Number 24-4264) and DF-0020 Mesa Court Drainage Benefit District Final Storm Drain Improvements (Resolution Number 24-4265) in Fiscal Year 2023/2024; and B. WHEREAS, staff is recommending budget adjustments in the amount of $18,796 to Tallent Lane Benefit District Fund 95 and $52,295 to Mesa Court Drainage Benefit District Fund 96 in Fiscal Year 2023/2024 to cover the costs of these projects and therefore enabling the Town to expend the remaining balances and close out the funds; and
Now therefore, the Town Council of the Town of Yountville does resolve as follows:
1. Approves budget adjustment in Fiscal Year 2023/2024 in the amount of $18,796 to Tallent Lane Private Road Benefit District Fund (95-6000-5400) for Project ST-0036.
2. Approves budget adjustment in Fiscal Year 2023/2024 in the amount of $52,295 to Mesa Court Drainage Benefit District Fund (96-6000-5100) for Project DF-0020.
3. The Town Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
