ZDRB Chair Miller and Members –
On behalf of the Yountville Chamber of Commerce and our 330 plus members, I am writing to enthusiastically support the addition of Yountville Mad Fritz Tap Room at Jessup Cellars.
The Yountville Mad Fritz Tap Room will not only diversify our local offerings with its unique barrelaged beers but also enhance the charm of NoYo. The proposed small-pour tap room and retail space align well with Yountville, providing both residents and visitors with an exceptional experience that complements our existing businesses.
Furthermore, this project supports the General Plan’s goal of business diversity and economic sustainability. The careful consideration given to maintaining the current seating capacity and parking adequacy demonstrates a commitment to integrating seamlessly with the neighborhood.
I urge ZDRB to adopt Resolution Number 24-014 and approve the Use Permit and Master Development Plan Amendment for the Yountville Mad Fritz Tap Room. This addition to our community will enhance Yountville’s reputation as a premier destination and provide a unique experience in our town.
