In August 2023, the Town entered into a one-year Professional Services Agreement with Tony Wayne Wolcott as an on-call arborist for the Town of Yountville to advise and assist the Planning and Building Department in providing recommendations to Staff for tree removal applications and landscaping proposals, general plan policies, best management practices, development applications, conduct site visits and inspections, attend public hearings when necessary, and other general on-call arborist duties.
