Provide proposed seating plan for interior and exterior seating • Two bar areas with 6 stools each | 2 to 3 high tables with 2 to 4 chairs each | 2 settees (TBD) • Long table w/ benches (TBD)
• Front Patio | 3 tables with 4 chairs per table
Outline on floor plan area that will be merchandise sales vs wine tasting • 2 to 3 Merchandise Display Cabinets w/ lighting
• Floating shelves throughout tasting room for merchandise display • Wine will be in the temperature-controlled cellar with some wall racks and wooden box floor displays.
Provide number of full-time employees, number of part-time employees • 2 full-time employees
• 1 part-time employee
Provide details for any exterior modifications to the building or the patio, including any lighting changes, seating changes, etc.
