A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YOUNTVILLE ACCEPTING THE ANNUAL DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023/2024 PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 66006.
Recitals
A. The Town of Yountville Municipal Code Chapter 3.40 and California Government Code Section 66000 et seq. (“Mitigation Fee Act”) authorize the Town to impose, collect, and expend development impact fees.
B. The Town has made available to the public within 180 days after the fiscal year end (June 30) the annual report and five-year findings report for Fiscal Year 2023/2024 in accordance with the requirements of the Mitigation Fee Act.
C. Staff has provided the Annual Development Impact Fee Report for Fiscal Year 2023/2024 and FiveYear Findings Report to the Town Council for review and acceptance.
Now therefore, the Town Council of the Town of Yountville does resolve as follows:
1. The Annual Development Impact Fee Report for Fiscal Year 2023/2024 has been reviewed and accepted.
2. The Five-Year Findings Report has been reviewed and accepted.
3. The Town Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Yountville, State of California, held on this 3rd day of December 2024 by the following vote:
