Recommended Allocations
 $1,450,000 to General Fund Reserve Fund 07 to increase contingency reserve to 6,360,729.
 This amount is about 48% of the budgeted Fiscal Year 2024/2025 General Fund expenditures.  $1,000,000 to CF-0046 Yountville Commons project for the future planning phase.  $200,000 to fund the Washington Street Corridor.
 $100,000 to CP-0033 Energy Resiliency Plan and Yountville Green efforts.  $100,000 to CF-0022 Community Center Enhancements
 $100,000 to ST-0035 Mobility Plan
 Leave the remaining $27,948 in Unassigned Fund Balance.  Council has alternative to maintain higher Unassigned Fund Balance to be allocated after goal setting.
