A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YOUNTVILLE RECITING THE
FACTS OF THE CONSOLIDATED GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 5, 2024 AND DECLARING THE RESULTS AND SUCH OTHER MATTERS AS PROVIDED BY LAW
Recitals
A. A Consolidated General Municipal Election was held in the Town of Yountville, State of California, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, as required by law.
B. Notice of the Election was given in time, form, and manner as provided by law and in all respects the election was held and conducted and votes were cast, received, canvassed, and the returns made and declared in time, form, and manner as required by the provisions of the Elections Code of the State of California for holding elections in general law cities.
C. Pursuant to Resolution Number 24-4275, adopted June 4, 2024, the County Election Department canvassed the returns of the election and certified the results to the Town Council; results received are attached hereto and made a part hereof as “Exhibit A” Now, therefore, the Town Council of the Town of Yountville, California, does resolve as follows:
A. The persons voted for at the election to fill the offices of two (2) Council Members:
B. The number of votes given at each precinct to each person as certified by the County Registrar of Voters on “Statement of Vote Cast,” November 5, 2024, is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit “A;”

C. The Town Clerk shall immediately make and deliver to each of the persons so elected a Certificate of Election signed by the Town Clerk and authenticated.
D. The Town Clerk shall also administer to each person elected the Oath of Office prescribed in the Constitution of the State of California and shall have them subscribe to it and file it in the office of the Town Clerk.
E. Each and all of the persons so elected shall then be inducted into their respective offices to which they have been elected.
F. The Town Clerk shall certify the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
G. The Resolution is hereby adopted and becomes effective and in full force immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Yountville, State of California, held on this 17th day of December 2024 by the following vote:
