A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YOUNTVILLE OF
SUPPORT FOR THE NAPA VALLEY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (NVTA) RAISE GRANT APPLICATION FOR THE SR 29 NAPA VALLEY FORWARD OAKVILLE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.
Recitals
A. NVTA is working with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) on the Napa Forward program that will make significant improvements at the intersection of SR 29 and Oakville Cross Road in the unincorporated areas of Napa County.
B. NVTA requested a local resolution of support from the Town of Yountville.
C. This resolution is only for support of NVTA’s project for use in the RAISE Grant application.
Now therefore, the Town Council of the Town of Yountville does resolve as follows:
1. Approve and adopt the resolution of support for the NVTA RAISE Grant Application for the SR 29 Napa Valley Forward Oakville Intersection Improvement Project.
2. The Resolution is hereby adopted and becomes effective and in full force immediately upon adoption.
