A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YOUNTVILLE APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT #2023-825 WITH
CINQUINI & PASSARINI TO CONTINUE PROVIDING LAND SURVEYING SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AMENDMENT.
___________________________________________________________________________ Recitals
A. The Town entered into a $45,000 three-year Professional Services Agreement with Cinquini & Passarini, Inc. in September 2023, to provide on-call land surveying services.
B. The Town will soon exhaust the original agreement amount and staff recommends that the Town Council approve and authorize the Town Manager to sign Amendment #1 increasing the maximum amount by $40,000 to a new maximum amount of $85,000 to accommodate the anticipated volume of surveying work for the remainder of the contract period.
C. The amendment is fully funded by the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) project ST-0004, which covers the cost of updating surveys and monuments on an as-needed basis.
Now, therefore, the Town Council of the Town of Yountville does resolve as follows:
1. Authorize an Amendment to Professional Services Agreement #2023-825 with Cinquini & Passarini, Inc., increasing the maximum amount to $85,000.
2. Authorize the Town Manager to execute the amendment.
3. The Resolution is hereby adopted and becomes effective and in full force immediately upon adoption.
