A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YOUNTVILLE APPROVING AN AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT #2024-911 WITH CAPUZZI CONSULTING GROUP INC., TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL DESIGN SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AMENDMENT.
Recitals
A. The Town entered into a $25,000 Professional Services Agreement with Capuzzi Consulting Group Inc., in August 2024, to provide design and planning services.
B. The Town Manager issued a Contract Amendment No. 1 in the amount of $19,325 in November 2024, for expanded exhibits and design studies.
C. The expanded design scope will soon exhaust the current Agreement amount and staff is requesting an increase of $47,000.00 to the contract bringing the new total to $91,325.00 D. Town Council approve the increase in the Contract amount and authorize the Town Manager to sign Amendment No. 2 increasing the maximum amount by $47,000 to a new maximum amount of $91,325.00.
E. The Amendment is fully funded by the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) project ST-035.
Now, therefore, the Town Council of the Town of Yountville does resolve as follows:
1. Authorize an Amendment to Professional Services Agreement #2024-911 with Capuzzi Consulting Group Inc., increasing the maximum amount to $91,325.
2. Authorize the Town Manager to execute the Amendment.
3. The Resolution is hereby adopted and becomes effective and in full force immediately upon adoption.
