TITLE/RECOMMENDATION
Receive report on proposed amendments to the Zoning and Design Review Board Bylaws governing Board membership, appointment, and resignation.
BACKGROUND
Staff proposes the addition of the Memberships section to the Zoning and Design Review Board Bylaws to outline the requirements of Board Member membership, appointment, term of office, and resignation. Minor formatting changes in addition to this amendment have been made in the proposed redline version found in attachment 1 to the staff report.
This amendment will be brought forward to the Town Council for approval at the regularly scheduled February 18th meeting.
