I have been reading the power point presentation for the Commons and my main question is do there need to be 72 units built so that a builder can make their money?? I thought we early on mentioned 50 units. We at Hopper Creek have 42 comfortably devided up The project is. quite appealing to me xcept for the large number. And a question about garages?? Love that there is ample time set aside for community discussion I shall get to one of those at some point. Thanks for all the thoughtful work going into this challenging project. Fondky Carol fink
