Present: 5 Mayor Margie Mohler, Council Member Eric Knight, Council Member Hillery Trippe, Vice Mayor Robin McKee, Council Member Pam Reeves
Absent: None

A motion was made by Council Member Reeves, seconded by Vice Mayor McKee to adopt the agenda.
The motion carried by the following vote:

NOES: 0

5. NON-AGENDA PUBLIC COMMENT

6. GREEN STUDY SESSION
A. Discussion and direction for reduction of single-use plastics/foodware.
Town Manager Raulston presented the staff report.
Mayor Mohler opened public comment.

The feedback from the discussion was that the Town of Yountville must understand and clearly identify, then convey to businesses the logistics of the changes that would come from action towards this joint effort to make Yountville greener.
B. Discussion and direction for Regional Climate Action and Adaptation Plan participation.
Aaron Hecock, Planning and Building Director presented the staff report.

It was the consensus of the Town Council to attend the upcoming Napa County Climate Action Committee meeting to hear what action other jurisdictions are taking, then the item will return for further discussion and decision at a Town Council meeting with a date to be determined in May.
C. Discussion and direction for the Town of Yountville Tree Ordinance update.
Planning and Building Director Aaron Hecock presented the staff report and Arborist Tony Wilcox addressed the Town Council to provide an update on the Ordinance.

It was the consensus of the Town Council to bring Town of Yountville Tree Ordinance item back for further discussion for Town Council to work through at a date to be determined.
7. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Council Member Trippe, seconded by Council Member Reeves to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried by the following roll call vote:
