Why do you want to serve on this Board, Commission, or Committee? I have been honored to serve on the ZDRB since 2018. I would welcome the opportunity to continue my contributions for another term. Especially with the new Staff team in place, it's an exciting time for Yountville.
What do you perceive is the role of this Board, Commission, or Committee? .
How would you represent the interests of the community? .
What strengths/expertise/special skills would you bring to the Board, Commission, or Committee?
Over the years, I've developed my ability to listen to applicants' needs, while ensuring I understand the details that Staff has worked hard to provide. in my fulltime role at my company, l'm often providing direction and communicating to teams. This skill has been helpful during ZDRB sessions, as the ability to articulate the nuances of a situation provides assurance that the ZDRB is taking matters seriously and recommendations made are rational and supported by clear documentation.
Please describe your previous community service and volunteer experience.
My primary contributions to-date have been with the ZDRB over the past seven years.
Anything else you would like to tell us?
It would be an honor for me to continue making a contribution to Yountville via as a member of the ZDRB. I feel we have a great dynamic as current board, bringing different perspectives together in a way that provides assurance to the town that their needs are being reviewed fairly and transparently.
