Why do you want to serve on this Board, Commission, or Committee? I have served on this board for several years. I feel that I have been a good and fair representative of the residents of Town, and that I have helped find solutions to difficult issues. I enjoy the process and the work that we do and I feel that I can continue to contribute to the town in this position.
What do you perceive is the role of this Board, Commission, or Committee? .
How would you represent the interests of the community? .
What strengths/expertise/special skills would you bring to the Board, Commission, or Committee?
1. I believe that already having years of experience on the ZDRB has value because it can be a long learning curve. 2. I choose not to play politics in any decision, I speak my mind and I am willing to ask the difficult questions as needed. 3. I had a career in commercial interior design, space planning, and facilities management, all giving me a variety of skills applicable to this board.
Please describe your previous community service and volunteer experience.
I served 12 years on the Yountville Arts Commission and managed the sculptures and their installation on the Art Walk from it’s inception. I also served concurrently on the ZDRB.
Anything else you would like to tell us?
I would love to continue to serve on this board and continue to contribute to the community in this way. Despite being built out, there are always new challenges to the things like character that make Yountville special.
