1. CALL TO ORDER; CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING

Absent: None
3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Council Member Reeves, seconded by Council Member Trippe to adopt the Agenda. The motion carried by the following vote:
AYES: 5; Mayor Mohler, Vice Mayor McKee, Council Member Knight, Council Member Trippe, Council Member Reeves
NOES: 0
ABSTAIN: 0

5. APPLICANT INTERVIEWS
A. Applicant interviews for Zoning & Design Review Board to fill three (3) expiring terms.
Applicant Carol Burrell was invited to the Council Chamber at 1:12 pm. Applicant Burrell disclosed that she would be unavailable from July 8-July 21, 2025 for medical purposes.
Applicant Lori Cagwin was invited to the Council Chamber at 1:32 pm.
Applicant Kimberly Cook was invited to the Council Chamber at 1:51 pm.
Applicant Kenneth Deposki was invited to the Council Chamber at 2:02 pm.
Interviews concluded at 2:12 pm and the Town Council began deliberation.
6. ADMINISTRATIVE / REGULAR ITEMS
A. Consideration of appointment of three (3) individuals to serve on the Zoning & Design Review Board with the terms of office to commence July 20, 2025 and to expire on July 19, 2028 based on the outcome of the Town Council’s interview and balloting process conducted on June 3, 2025.
A motion was made by Council Member Reeves, seconded by Council Member Knight to continue the item to after the regular Town Council meeting. The motion carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: 5; Mayor Mohler, Vice Mayor McKee, Council Member Knight, Council Member Trippe, Council Member Reeves
NOES: 0
ABSTAIN: 0
The Town Council voted at 2:37 pm to continue item 6A following the regular meeting.
The Town Council reconvened item 6A at 4:54 pm.
The first round of voting was for each Town Council Member to vote for up to three applicants to fulfill the three vacancies. The first-round vote tabulation outcome was as follows: Lori Cagwin received one ballot, Kim Cook and Kenneth Deposki tied receiving two ballots each, Carol Burrell received three ballots, and Michael Zagorsek received five ballots.
The second round of voting was for the Town Council to break the tie vote between Kim Cook and Kenneth Deposki. The second-round vote tabulation outcome was as follows: Kenneth Deposki received five ballots.
A motion was made by Council Member Reeves, seconded by Vice Mayor McKee to re-appoint Michael Zagorsek, re-appoint Kenneth Deposki and appoint Carol Burrel to the Zoning & Design Review Board with the terms of office to commence July 20, 2023, and to expire on July 19, 2028.
The motion carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: 5; Mayor Mohler, Vice Mayor McKee, Council Member Knight, Council Member Trippe, Council Member Reeves
NOES: 0
ABSTAIN: 0
7. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Vice Mayor McKee, seconded by Council Member Trippe to adjourn the meeting at 5:17 pm. The motion carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: 5; Mayor Mohler, Vice Mayor McKee, Council Member Knight, Council Member Trippe, Council Member Reeves
NOES: 0;
ABSTAIN: 0;
