Notifying people to evacuate in rural areas was difficult • 2020 Law passed to equip all LE vehicles with Hi/Low siren • Office of Emergency Service (OES) outfitting all vehicles • Surrounding agencies (Sonoma, Solano, Lake) all equipped plus many more as of 2025
