Why do you want to serve on this Board, Commission, or Committee? I was honored to be among the charter members of the Foundation. In the time between then and now, the Foundation has managed the fiscal health of Yountville organizations, some of which have dissolved and some have been newly added. The Foundation had the privilege of assuming responsibility for the Town's small grants program and, further, for selecting grant recipients from a number of applications received from eligible entities & individuals. I very much want to continue with the work of the Foundation.

What strengths/expertise/special skills would you bring to the Board, Commission, or Committee?
I know the Valley fairly well and the Yountville community quite well. Having served on or currently serving on a couple of other local committees and/or boards, I've become familiar with the diverse local issues involving fiscal challenges, housing needs, recreational interests, growth planning and governance such that I believe I have a wellrounded sense of where Yountville has come from, currently is and where it is heading.

I moved to Yountville with the full intention of living here as long as I was physically and cognitively able. So far, so good! To that end, I've offered who I am and what I have learned to making this - my home - comfortable, safe and committed to innovation and change, as the opportunity and need arises.
