A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YOUNTVILLE AUTHORIZING
THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE A THREE-YEAR ON-CALL AGREEMENT WITH KNN
PUBLIC FINANCE TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES FOR A TOTAL AGREEMENT AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $100,000.
___________________________________________________________________________ Recitals
A. The Town desires to contract with a professional firm to provide financial advisory services, especially in relation to the Yountville Commons project; and B. The Town issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) on June 20, 2025, and received eight proposals from qualified firms by the due date of July 21, 2025; and C. After evaluating each proposal received and conducting interviews for the top three firms, it is the recommendation of staff that the Town engage the services of KNN Public Finance as its financial advisor; and
D. The total on-call agreement amount is $100,000 which requires Town Council approval.
Now therefore, the Town Council of the Town of Yountville does resolve as follows:
1. Authorizes the Town Manager to execute a three-year on-call agreement with KNN Public Finance to provide financial advisory services for a total agreement amount not to exceed $100,000. The firm’s costs of services are included in their proposal (PDF page 23) which is attached to this resolution as Exhibit A.
2. The Resolution is hereby adopted and becomes effective and in full force immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Yountville, State of California, held on this 5th day of August 2025 by the following vote:
