Staging of materials will be located behind the facilities, see designated area on attached plan. There will be equipment located in this area behind the stealth fence along with materials and dumpster. There will also be a crane in this area at certain points of the project, a day or two at a time as needed.
Construction vehicles will be parked in available public parking spaces on street or in the hotel parking lot.
Overflow parking for project workers and hotel staff will be Monday-Friday at Yountville Signs Memorial Church. See designated area on attached plan.
Deliveries will take place in the driveway. There may be occasional street blockages when unloading construction materials if delivery trucks are unable to back down the driveway. A construction schedule will be provided to the Town of Yountville updated on a monthly basis giving full details for that month. The Construction Superintendent or Project Manager will update the Town of Yountville for any deviations from this plan.
The pool and pool deck will be closed during construction.
