A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YOUNTVILLE AUTHORIZING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT OF $288,551 TO BOTH REVENUE AND EXPENDITURES IN HOUSING GRANT FUND 24 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025/2026.
Recitals
A. The Town was awarded a federal HOME grant fund of $500,000 in January 2023 to assist households in completing housing rehabilitation projects; and B. The Town has until October 31, 2025, to expend the remaining grant funds; and C. Staff recommend a budget adjustment updating revenue and expenditure projections to fully utilize the remaining grant funds.
Now therefore, the Town Council of the Town of Yountville does resolve the following:
1) Approves Resolution authorizing a budget adjustment of $288,551 to both revenue and expenditures in Housing Grant Fund 24 for Fiscal Year 2025/2026 resulting in the following budgets:
Revenue
24-0000-3432 Federal Home Grant $388,551
Expenditures
24-1500-8020 Federal Home Grant Award $388,551
2) The Resolution is hereby adopted and becomes effective and in full force immediately upon adoption.
