RECOMMENDATION
Request appointment of Linda Faber as Yountville Arts Representative to the Town of Yountville Community Foundation.

DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND
The Town of Yountville Community Foundation (TOYCF) Board of Directors includes a Director position for a member of the Yountville Arts Commission. Over the past few years, Cynthia Kapjian has been the Yountville Arts Commission representative to the TOYCF. With Cynthia Kapjian no longer serving as a Yountville Arts Commissioner, and with the fresh expertise of new members appointed to the Arts Commission, the Commission voted to approve Linda Faber to take over as the appointed Yountville Arts Commission Member to the TOYCF.

The Yountville Arts Commission approved this recommendation at their August 4, 2025, regular meeting. Per the TOYCF bylaws, the Town Council must vote to approve the appointment by a three-fifths vote. If approved, Linda Faber will fill the two-year position beginning immediately and expiring July 20, 2027.
