A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YOUNTVILLE APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTEMENT OF $601,204 IN FISCAL YEAR 2025/2026 TO CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND 50 FOR YOUNTVILLE COMMONS PROJECT CF-0046.
Recitals
A. At the May 20, 2025, Town Council meeting, the Town Council adopted Resolution Number 25-4361 approving the mid-cycle adjustments for budget year two of the Fiscal Year 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 Biennial Budget, which included a budget of $100,000 for Fiscal Year 2025/2026 for the Yountville Commons Project CF-0046 in Capital Projects Fund 50.
B. A $282,957 budget adjustment to the Yountville Commons Project CF-0046 in Capital Projects Fund 50 was created via purchase order roll forward from Fiscal Year 2024/2025 to Fiscal Year 2025/2026.
C. Staff are recommending the approval of a budget adjustment of $601,204 in Fiscal Year 2025/2026 to Capital Projects Fund 50 for the Yountville Commons Projects CF-0046, utilizing available fund balance. This will increase the budget for the Yountville Commons Project CF0046 to a total of $984,161 in Fiscal Year 2025/2026.
Now therefore, the Town Council of the Town of Yountville does resolve as follows:
1. Approves budget adjustment in Fiscal Year 2025/2026 in the amount of $601,204 to Capital Projects Fund (50-6000-5300) for the Yountville Commons Project CF-0046.
2. The Town Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution, and it shall become effective immediately upon its approval.
