1. CALL TO ORDER; CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING

Present: 5; Mayor Margie Mohler, Vice Mayor Robin McKee, Council Member Eric Knight, Council Member Hillery Trippe, Council Member Pam Reeves
Absent: None
3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Council Member Reeves, seconded by Vice Mayor McKee to adopt the agenda.
The motion by the following vote:
AYES: 5; Mayor Mohler, Vice Mayor McKee, Council Member Knight, Council Member Trippe, Council Member Reeves
NOES: 0
ABSTAIN: 0
4. NON-AGENDA PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Mohler opened public comment, receiving none, Mayor Mohler closed public comment.
Town Attorney Bell noted no reportable action was taken from the special closed session meeting held at noon.
5. STUDY SESSION
A. Receive an update and provide direction to staff on the Yountville Commons.
Town Manager Raulston introduced the item. Architect Brendan Kelly presented the presentation.

ABSTAIN: 0
