RECOMMENDATION
Receive informational presentation from KNN Public Finance, the Town’s Financial Advisory firm, regarding the future financing options for the Yountville Commons project.
DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND
In August 2025, the Town Council approved an agreement with KNN Public Finance to become the Town’s Financial Advisor. Melissa Shick, Managing Director of KNN, has been collaborating with staff to analyze the Town’s current fiscal status and develop financing options for the Yountville Commons project.
Ms. Shick will join Town staff to present updates on the following items:
• Cash on hand based on audit results.
• Preliminary short-term financing options with West America Bank. • Future bonding capacity and funding options.
This presentation is informational, and staff will take feedback and incorporate into options that will be presented to the Town Council in February.
