A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YOUNTVILLE RECEIVING THE YEAR END FINANCIAL REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024/2025 AND APPROVING
BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS ASSIGNING THE AVAILABLE GENERAL FUND UNASSIGNED FUND BALANCE IN THE FISCAL YEAR 2025/2026 BUDGET.
Recitals
A. The Fiscal Year End Report for Fiscal Year 2024/2025 was presented to the Town council on February 3, 2026, reporting an unassigned General Fund Balance of $3,092,405.
B. The Town Council has the authority to allocate any unassigned fund balance to projects, programs or address any unfunded needs.
C. Staff provided suggestions as to how the Town Council could reallocate the available General Fund Unassigned Fund Balance.
Now therefore, the Town Council of the Town of Yountville does resolve as follows:
1. Transfer $3,000,00 into Capital Projects Fund 50 for Yountville Commons Project CF-0046.
2. Leave the remaining $42,405 in General Fund Unassigned Fund Balance.
3. The Resolution is hereby adopted and becomes effective and in full force immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Yountville, State of California, held on this 3rd day of February 2026 by the following vote:
