A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YOUNTVILLE
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR MT- 3026 MEASURE T WASHINGTON STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT PERFORMED BY GOODFELLOW BROS. FOR THE TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $1,272,880.45.

A. At the June 17, 2025 Town Council meeting, Council awarded the MT–3026 Measure T Washington Street Rehabilitation Project to Goodfellow Bros. at the bid price of $1,248,489.
B. This project consisted of the rehabilitation of Washington Street from Yount Street to the northern Town Limits and Webber Avenue from the Vine Trail entrance to Yount Street.
C. Construction of the project commenced on August 18, 2025 and is now complete. There were 4 change orders for this project resulting in a total final project cost of $1,272,880.45.
D. All of the work has been completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department. By this resolution, the Town Council authorizes the Director of Public Works to execute the Notice of Completion and directs the Town Clerk to file said Notice of Completion with the Napa County Clerk Recorder and accepts the work for the MT–3026 Measure T Washington Street Rehabilitation Project.
Now, therefore, the Town Council of the Town of Yountville does resolve as follows:
1. The Council hereby accepts the work performed by Goodfellow Bros.
2. The Town Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion for said project with the Napa County Clerk Recorder within 10 days and accepts the work for the MT–3026 Measure T Washington Street Rehabilitation Project.
3. The Resolution is hereby adopted and becomes effective and in full force immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Yountville, State of California, held on this 3rd day of March 2026 by the following vote:
