Absent: 1; Council Member Hillery Trippe
Communications Director/Town Clerk Gaede noted an excused absence for Council Member Trippe, and that Council Member Knight would arrive a few minutes behind.
3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Vice Mayor Reeves, seconded by Council Member McKee to adopt the agenda.
The motion carried by the following vote:
AYES: 3; Mayor Mohler, Vice Mayor Reeves, Council Member McKee NOES: 0
ABSTAIN: 0
ABSENT: 2, Council Member Knight, Council Member Trippe
4. NON-AGENDA PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Mohler opened public comment, receiving none, Mayor Mohler closed public comment.

Mayor Mohler and Town Council Members present for the meeting paused the closed session item until Council Member Knight arrived to participate.

A motion was made by Council Member McKee, seconded by Vice Mayor Reeves to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried by the following vote:

ABSTAIN: 0
ABSENT: 1; Council Member Trippe
