Town Manager Department Review.
DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND
The Town Council will review and discuss the proposed Biennial Budget for fiscal years 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 for the functions of the Town Manager Department, as follows:
Divisions:
o Non-Departmental (01-1010)
o Town Manager (01-1101)
o Town Attorney (01-1105)
Reserves:
o Other Post-Employment Benefits Reserve (OPEB) (02-1900) o PERS Unfunded Actuarilly Accrued Liability Reserve (03-2000) o Emergency Reserve Fund (04)
o Unanticipated Tourism Revenue Deficit Reserve Fund (05) o General Fund Reserve (07)
