Communications Director/Town Clerk Gaede announced that Council Member Trippe participated remotely under just cause due to a medical injury.

A motion was made by Vice Mayor Reeves, seconded by Council Member Knight to adopt the agenda.

Town Manager Raulston introduced the item. Administrative Services Director King presented the staff report and noted that the budget adoption meeting would be pushed to May 19, 2026.
Public Works Director Ferons and Deputy Public Works Director Ramirez presented on the Capital Improvement Projects (CIP). Parks and Recreation Director Holland reported an update on the community kitchen and shade structures with regard to Community Center enhancements, and on the proposed Yountville Commons enhancements. Town Council requested that the CIP Project Sheets of FY26/27 and FY27/28 that were shared in the presentation be added online. Consultant Byron Hoffman, Offset presented on progress made with the wayfinding, including a mockup of a potential update to the font and colors of Town signage.
