CHAMBER BUDGET
The Yountville Chamber continues to remain in a strong
financial position, especially given the uncertainty of our current economy.
The Chamber budget is made up of 3 main income
streams; our membership dues, our annual contract with
the Town of Yountville and our contract with the NVTID – Yountville.
Additional income comes from event sales, marketing
services for members, and our partnership with Visit Napa Valley’s Guest Information Network.
We understand that a diversification of revenue streams is a common best practice amongst both Chambers of
Commerce and Destination Marketing Organizations. The
Chamber team, and our leadership, continue to work in
tandem to implement programs and strategies for
additional revenue.

YOUNTVILLE
WELCOME CENTER
9 The Yountville Welcome Center continues to provide a friendly welcoming space for visitors, residents, business leaders, and of course, all of the beloved dogs who live in town!
The Welcome Center is home to local information regarding the businesses here in Yountville and throughout the Napa Valley. We have rack card displays for businesses to utilize, Yountville Visitor Guides, Yountville maps, maps of the Napa Valley, and other publications for visitors to take with them.
The Welcome Center, while managed by the Yountville Chamber team, is open 7 days a week thanks to our 35 dedicated volunteers. Each year, we conduct an annual training with our volunteers to share best practices when speaking with visitors, provide town-wide updates, and convey any changes amongst the business community. In addition to this training, we meet with all our volunteers on a monthly basis and they attend bi-monthly familiarization (FAM) tours of local businesses so they can share their first-hand knowledge of the businesses nearby.
Since July 2025, we have seen 9,431 visitors in the Welcome Center, 93% of whom traveled here domestically. The Welcome Center is open Monday – Friday from 10am-4pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am-3pm.

MARKETING
DESTINATION
MARKETING
The Yountville Chamber of Commerce is proud to
serve as the Destination Marketing Organization for
the Town of Yountville.
Working closely with both our town and NVTID -
Yountville partners, the Chamber utilizes a variety
of avenues to market the town to visitors and the
public.
The following section outlines our ongoing efforts
to promote the Town of Yountville as a must-visit
destination through a diverse mix of advertising
platforms and outlets.
14 A key component to the Chamber’s Destination Marketing strategy is our social media presence. We know that both visitors and those considering a visit to the Napa Valley continue to utilize social media for inspiration and planning for their trips. Currently, we have a continued presence on Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
When it comes to our content, the goal is always to provide “scrollstopping, ” high quality content that speaks to the five-star
accommodations, restaurants and experiences in Yountville. Our social strategy this year has focused on the walkability of Yountville, our worldclass restaurants, how pet-friendly the town is, and highlighting Yountville as a quintessential wine country getaway.
Since July 2025 we have seen steady growth on most of our channels.
Most notably, our followers on Tik Tok have increased by 40% and an over 10% increase in Instagram followers. We have over 105,000 followers across all four of our channels.
This year we have seen strong results in our social media content through our ongoing posting efforts and paid advertising. In total, there have been 14,418,268 (and counting) impressions across all channels. Our engagement rates are strong as well, with 210,000 engagements which include likes, saves, and shares of our content.

@YountvilleCA @ExploreYountville @ExploreYountville @YountvilleCA Yountville.com is our Destination Marketing home on the internet. We work closely with our website partners, WSI Next Gen Marketing, to ensure that our website holds strong when it comes to Search Engine Optimization.
A new component of our Yountville.com presence is AI optimization.
Currently, over 10% of internet users are utilizing AI search engines on a regular basis. This is a number that our partners anticipate will grow year over year. In order to ensure Yountville.com remains relevant with AI, we’ve implemented AI optimization tools such as a LLM page on our website to help the various search tools most commonly used find information on Yountville, our hotels, and businesses.
Yountville.com is continuously updated on an ongoing, year-around basis.
The website is chalk-full of information on accommodations, businesses, restaurants, tasting rooms, and more. Our online advertising through social media, digital ads, and Google ads all drive visitors to Yountville.com This is the only website which the Chamber invests marketing dollars towards.
Since July 2025, we’ve seen 217,400+ visitors on Yountville.com.
YOUNTVILLE.COM
16 YOUNTVILLECHAMBER.COM
Yountvillechamber.com continues to serve as an excellent resource for our members and greater business community.
Through our Chamber website, members can access the community event calendar, Member to Member benefits, our strategic plan, and so much more! We do not spend any marketing dollars in order to drive visitors to yountvillechamber.com.
This year we saw 17,000+ visitors to the site since July 2025. 17 PUBLIC RELATIONS
Fuller & Sander Communications continue to provide
high quality Public Relations for Yountville as a
destination. They create press releases year around
for events and programs in town. Additionally, they
field press inquiries regarding the town and oversee
journalist Familiarization (FAM) tours.
Since July 2025, they have coordinated 14 FAM tours,
coordinated two television spotlights with both KTVU
and KGO ABC 7, and sent 10 press releases to over 45
different publications.
We have seen 426 million impressions generated
through our work with Fuller & Sander this year.
18 In addition to our social media, website, and public relations efforts, we have also run two digital advertising campaigns this year. One being our hyper local campaign via Google, and the other our Yountville Brand campaign through our digital advertising partners; The Shipyard.
Our Hyper Local campaign targets those in downtown Napa, through geofencing. We invest $200 a month on this campaign and continue to see very strong results for that level of investment. Since July 1, 2025, we have seen 2.05 million impressions and 23,400 clicks to Yountville.com.
In partnership with the NVTID - Yountville, the Chamber oversees our Yountville Brand Campaign which is in it’s 9 year running. This campaign is focused on generating brand awareness and encouraging overnight stays in Yountville. The campaign targets household incomes of $150,000+ primarily in San Francisco and Sacramento with our secondary target markets being Los Angeles and San Diego.
th
Through the campaign, we advertise with Meta, Food + Wine, and Adara; a programmatic partner which places ads across platforms depending on the demographics of each internet user. Through our work with Adara, we were able to utilize a co-op with Visit California. This enabled us to receive an additional $15,000 in advertising without us having to spend those additional funds.
All in, we have invested $180,000 in the brand campaign for the year and thus far have seen over 15,500,000 impressions and over 132,000 clicks. The campaign will wrap in July 2026. Below are examples of current ads being run across the internet, including those in partnership with Visit California.

Current Projects and Initiatives Underway:
“Sip Yountville” Entertainment Zone - With Yountville being the first jurisdiction in the Napa Valley to implement an Entertainment Zone, the Yountville Chamber has been working closely with Town of Yountville leadership and our business partners to promote the program. Our initial social media promotions have been incredibly well received; the first post alone announcing the Entertainment Zone received over 1,650 engagements!
Wayfinding Signs - The Yountville Chamber team has been working closely with town leadership to assist with business outreach and collaboration around the new wayfinding signs in town.
Retail Outreach - The Yountville Chamber team has had multiple ongoing discussions with Chamber leadership, businesses, and Town of Yountville staff regarding the demand for more retail in town. We are working closely with Yountville’s Deputy Director of Economic Development to assist in filling any retail gaps throughout town by encouraging strategic retail partnerships within our current brick and mortar locations. In Winter 2025/2026, the Chamber worked closely with town leadership to support the first ever retail popup in town! Yountville Portfolio Project - The Portfolio Project (also commonly referred to as the “Yountville Collective”) is also a first of it’s kind in the Napa Valley. The Yountville Chamber has participated in ongoing conversations with the Town of Yountville, NVTID - Yountville’s Board of Directors, and our businesses to assist with this exciting new project.
NEW for 2026-2027:
Extended Hours at the Yountville Welcome Center - Beginning in July 2026, the Yountville Welcome Center will be open from 10am-4pm 7 days a week!
