A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YOUNTVILLE APPROVING
THE AMENDED BYLAWS OF THE TOWN OF YOUNTVILLE ZONING AND DESIGN REVIEW BOARD.
___________________________________________________________________________ Recitals
A. Pursuant to Resolution No. 2263-04, the Zoning and Design Review Board Bylaws stipulate that Board Members shall select the Chair and Vice Chair at the first regular meeting in September of each year.
B. To help ensure a lapse in appointing a new Chair and Vice Chair does not occur and to align with the time frame for Yountville Boards, Committees and Commissions in appointing their respective Chair and Vice Chair; the Zoning and Design Review Board requests an amendment to the existing Bylaws for Board Members to select the Chair and Vice Chair at the first regular meeting of each calendar year.
Now, therefore, the Town Council of the Town of Yountville does resolve as follows:
1. The Bylaws of the Town of Yountville Zoning and Design Review Board, as shown in Exhibit A attached and made part of this Resolution, are approved.
2. Recital A and Section 1 of the resolve in Resolution No. 2263-04 are repealed and replaced by this Resolution. All other Sections remain in full force and effect.
3. This Resolution is hereby adopted and becomes effective and in full force immediately upon adoption.
