TITLE/RECOMMENDATION
Receive a report on proposed amendment to the Zoning and Design Review Board Bylaws governing Board Chair and Vice Chair appointment.
BACKGROUND
Staff proposes that the Zoning and Design Review Board Bylaws be updated under Section 1 to reflect that the Chair and Vice Chair be appointed at the first regular meeting of each year. This change is to help ensure a lapse in bringing forward an appointment does not occur again and align with the time frame for Yountville Boards, Committees, and Commissions in appointing their respective Chair and Vice Chair.
If approved by the ZDRB, this bylaw amendment is projected to be brought forward to the Town Council for approval at the regularly scheduled June 2, 2026, meeting.
