To the Council,
In listening to the recruitment firm presentations, and in support of statements for the community and Council to come together, I offer to, along with appropriate others such as Council members and Town staff, to interview the facilitators (e.g., Mr. Appelyard) who would lead any community input processes. For example, I can help develop scenarios for the firm to role play and demonstrate how they respond to difficult conversations. (I teach a five day skilled facilitator intensive workshop and know what "effective" and "ineffective" looks like and sounds like.)
Council: Will one of you please commit to getting back to me personally in response to my offer? Carrie Hays
